TTLL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,623 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, UBR7, and MTA1. Each is linked with TTLL5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL5-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL5 versus PPP4R3A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
