Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 756 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTLL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDR39U1, IDH3B, and CLASRP. Each is linked with TTLL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL5-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL5 versus SDR39U1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
