Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, Di-Ras3, and ERK2. Each is linked with TTLL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL5-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL5 results are reported.
