TTLL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,516 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP155, ORC4, and WDR75. Each is linked with TTLL4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL4-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL4 versus NUP155 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
