Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTLL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,959 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, Telomere organization, and Nuclear pore complex assembly. Each is linked with TTLL4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL4-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL4 results are reported.
