TTLL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTLL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 443 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OBP2A, CFHR5, and IDI2. Each is linked with TTLL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL4-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OBP2A grouped by TTLL4-low versus TTLL4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
