Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTLL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTLL3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TTLL3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTLL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where TTLL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
