Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTLL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,221 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyglycylation, Target-directed miRNA degradation, and Negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase III. Each is linked with TTLL3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL3-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL3 results are reported.
