TTLL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,471 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFKB2, DEF6, and LIMA1_S609. Each is linked with TTLL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL2-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL2 versus NFKB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
