Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,749 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SEZ6L, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with TTLL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL2-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL2 results are reported.
