Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,705 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTLL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF23, RRM1, and CTDNEP1. Each is linked with TTLL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL2-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF23 grouped by TTLL2-low versus TTLL2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
