Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, MYH11, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with TTLL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL2-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL2 results are reported.
