Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTLL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,933 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNC93A, DPP4, and SPATA6. Each is linked with TTLL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL2-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL2 results are reported.
