Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTLL10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTLL10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TTLL10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTLL10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LUAD, THYM, and LIHC are the cancer types where TTLL10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
