Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,687 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTLL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAPN9, RAB5C, and CLU. Each is linked with TTLL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL1-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL1 versus CAPN9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
