TTLL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,418 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP1_S475, ZC3H18_T162, and ZC3H18_T677. Each is linked with TTLL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL1-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL1 versus USP1_S475 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.70.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
