Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTLL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,435 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagy, Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, and Flagellated sperm motility. Each is linked with TTLL1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL1-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL1 results are reported.
