TTF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,230 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCI, KIF4A, and GINS1. Each is linked with TTF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTF2-to-partner and partner-to-TTF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTF2 versus FANCI in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
