TTF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and Notch1. Each is linked with TTF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTF2-to-partner and partner-to-TTF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by TTF2-low versus TTF2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
