Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,000 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, DNA replication, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with TTF2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTF2-to-partner and partner-to-TTF2 results are reported.
