TTF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,344 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FUBP3, BRD3, and C9orf78. Each is linked with TTF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTF1-to-partner and partner-to-TTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTF1 versus FUBP3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
