TTF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, MEK1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with TTF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTF1-to-partner and partner-to-TTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by TTF1-low versus TTF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
