Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,232 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, Nucleic acid transport, and RNA transport. Each is linked with TTF1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTF1-to-partner and partner-to-TTF1 results are reported.
