Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,627 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01269, MAP3K9, and DCAF5. Each is linked with TTC9 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC9-to-partner and partner-to-TTC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC9 versus LINC01269 in CESC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
