Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,368 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01269, MAP3K9, and TACSTD2. Each is linked with TTC9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC9-to-partner and partner-to-TTC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC9 versus LINC01269 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
