Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,978 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC9_S15, RAB27B, and NEBL. Each is linked with TTC9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC9-to-partner and partner-to-TTC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC9 versus TTC9_S15 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
