Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC7A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC7A data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TTC7A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC7A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and HNSC are the cancer types where TTC7A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
