Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC7A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC7A data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher TTC7A mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC7A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and UCEC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, UCEC, and GBM are the cancer types where TTC7A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
