TTC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,275 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXA1_S331, ELAPOR1, and CCDC149_S379. Each is linked with TTC6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC6-to-partner and partner-to-TTC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC6 versus FOXA1_S331 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
