TTC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,548 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGBD4P2, LINC02435, and MED15P6. Each is linked with TTC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC6-to-partner and partner-to-TTC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGBD4P2 grouped by TTC6-low versus TTC6-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
