Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,046 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Negative regulation of biomineral tissue development, and Chromosomal 5-methylcytosine DNA demethylation pathway. Each is linked with TTC6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC6-to-partner and partner-to-TTC6 results are reported.
