TTC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,159 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAA30, DCAF5, and PPP2R5E. Each is linked with TTC5 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC5-to-partner and partner-to-TTC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC5 versus NAA30 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
