TTC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and PCNA. Each is linked with TTC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC4-to-partner and partner-to-TTC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by TTC4-low versus TTC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
