TTC39DP

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC39DP RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TTC39DP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher TTC39DP RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC39DP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and MESO show a favorable association.

KIRC, LUSC, and KICH are the cancer types where TTC39DP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
