Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC39B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC39B data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TTC39B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC39B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC are the cancer types where TTC39B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
