TTC39A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC39A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,272 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC39A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA6, RBM47, and LRBA. Each is linked with TTC39A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC39A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC39A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC39A versus PLEKHA6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC39A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC39A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
