TTC39A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC39A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC39A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, LKB1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with TTC39A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC39A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC39A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by TTC39A-low versus TTC39A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC39A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC39A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
