Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,897 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC38-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFIP1, NOSTRIN, and PACSIN2. Each is linked with TTC38 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC38-to-partner and partner-to-TTC38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC38 versus ARFIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC38→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
