TTC38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC38-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-971P, MIR6765, and RNU4-72P. Each is linked with TTC38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC38-to-partner and partner-to-TTC38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-971P grouped by TTC38-low versus TTC38-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC38→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
