TTC38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 228 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC38-associated genes across cancer lineages are L3MBTL2, POLR3H, and TRMU. Each is linked with TTC38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC38-to-partner and partner-to-TTC38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, L3MBTL2 grouped by TTC38-low versus TTC38-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC38→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
