TTC37

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,970 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASA1, TBCA, and SKIV2L_S256. Each is linked with TTC37 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC37-to-partner and partner-to-TTC37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC37→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
