Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC37 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,912 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC37-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGFBP3, KIAA0825, and TTK. Each is linked with TTC37 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC37-to-partner and partner-to-TTC37 results are reported.
