Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,517 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC37-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3GL1, POM121C, and TMEM269. Each is linked with TTC37 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC37-to-partner and partner-to-TTC37 results are reported.
