Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,555 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, Centriole-centriole cohesion, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with TTC37 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC37-to-partner and partner-to-TTC37 results are reported.
