Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC33 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC33 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TTC33 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CESC and UCEC are the cancer types where TTC33 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
