Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,241 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, and Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway. Each is linked with TTC32 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC32-to-partner and partner-to-TTC32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
