Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC30A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC30A data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TTC30A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC30A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where TTC30A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
