Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC30A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC30A data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TTC30A mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC30A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, GBM, and LUAD are the cancer types where TTC30A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
