TTC30A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC30A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,727 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC30A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKRA, MYEF2, and TSN. Each is linked with TTC30A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC30A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC30A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC30A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC30A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
