TTC30A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC30A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,713 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC30A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA4, PIH1D2, and TMEM232. Each is linked with TTC30A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC30A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC30A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC30A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC30A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
